a. Non-Delivery of Work
You are entitled to a full refund if we fail to deliver your order by the agreed deadline. For example, you requested a project to be completed by October 10th, and it was not delivered until October 15th. In this case, you can claim a full refund.
b. Poor Quality of Work
Suppose the quality of the delivered work does not meet our promised standards (e.g., it contains factual inaccuracies, plagiarism, or does not follow the original instructions). In that case, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.
For example, you ordered a 10-page dissertation, but the delivered document contained significant grammatical errors and did not follow the outlined structure. You would qualify for a partial or full refund upon reviewing and confirming these issues.
c. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same service due to a technical glitch or mistake, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate charge. For example, if you accidentally paid $200 twice for the same service, you can notify us and have the second payment refunded fully.
Refund Request Process

Partial Refunds
